The machine is used for stranding bare aluminium wires, bare copper wires and CSR wires in large length ,as well as compacting round or sector conductors and pre-spiraling split conductors .

Main features :

1. The stranding frame is a whole plate in three folds with high rigidity .

2. The gears in the speed reducer are hardened in quality .

3. Reels are arranged quartering around the cages .The central shaft does not support the weight of reels .The equipment has high rigidity ,high-powerd ,low moment of inertia ,high speed .

4. It is driven by 36-stage gear-box .The two wheels of the double wheel capstan are overhung position supported on shafts .One wheeal is straight and the other is inclined position arranged to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out .
